About Dr. Balsara

Background

Dr. Balsara is a fully licensed veterinarian practising now in British Columbia. She brings decades of experience from over 35 years of running a full service mobile veterinary clinic in Ontario. With the onset of the covid pandemic in 2020, she transitioned to focus exclusively on in-home end-of-life care in Toronto. After moving to Vancouver, she has recently set up a similar practice here in the lower mainland to bring her years of expertise in caring for pets and their families where the importance of a compassionate, caring and unhurried gentle goodbye is paramount and what every family deserves.

Approach

Every visit is paced to your family — there is no clock, no waiting room, and no rush. Dr. Balsara will take a full history of your pet prior to explaining each step, answer your questions as they arise, and give you and your pet the time you need for a peaceful and respectful goodbye.
